We could not help sharing with you this truly exquisite monkey face orchid found in Ecuador and Peru’s cloud forests at elevations of 1,000 of 2,000 meters, so not too many people have seen them!

Their scientific name is Dracula Simian and they bloom all year round. This orchid belongs to a family of 120 species, most of which can be found in Ecuador testifying to the country’s extremely rich biodiversity.
