Parking:

Our entrance is off General Kennedy Avenue and there will be plenty of parking on the street. We highly recommend you to use these spaces, instead of the parking lot around the block.

Driving directions from the Lombard Gate of The Presidio:

1. Start at the “Lombard Gate” to the Presidio, which is at the intersection of Lombard and Lyon streets in San Francisco.

2. Go west on Lombard Street, entering the Presidio.

3. Follow Lombard Street about one block until the first major intersection, Letterman Drive, and turn right on Letterman Drive.

4. Follow Letterman Drive one long block (about 600 feet), until it curves around to the left, to the first stop sign, and turn right there on to Lincoln Boulevard.

5. In just about 150 feet, take your first right, onto Torney Avenue.

6. Follow Torney Avenue as it curves to the right a very short distance and straightens out—in one short block, take your first left on to General Kennedy Avenue (it is a divided street, with a planted median).

7. Follow General Kennedy Avenue about one-half block and park along General Kennedy Avenue.

8. Cross over to the western side of General Kennedy Avenue in the middle of this block—the east entrance to the Pachamama Alliance offices is on the second story of a white stucco building labeled “1009” in the middle of the block, with a very large grassy area to its left. There will be a sign for “Awakening the Dreamer Symposium” on the outside of the building at the top of the metal staircase leading to the second story.

9. If you can print out the photograph that accompanies these directions, we recommend taking a copy of the photograph with you.

Caution: If you enter the official Pachamama address (1009 General Kennedy Avenue, San Francisco) into Google Maps, it will take you to a big parking lot at the west entrance to this building, which has locked doors that prevent you getting into the building—but you can walk around to the back of the building to get access to the east entrance, as described above.
