There is one extra-special requirement for this position: you should have a GREEN thumb and love to take care of plants. We have recently redecorated our office in The Presidio in San Francisco. We have added several large plants to remind us of the Amazon Rainforest where the work of the Alliance began. We could really use your support in keeping these plants healthy and green!

Desired skills

Reliable, able to maintain a schedule of coming in to the office to regularly water, feed and groom an office of plants of varying sizes during office hours Mon-Fri, 9:30 am – 5:30pm. Our plants have been selected for their hardiness, so a weekly visit should be all they need. We will provide all the supplies, plant food, etc that you need.

Positions available

1- 3 positions. For example, if we have 2 people volunteering, you could each come in twice a month. We would ask that you communicate with your fellow plant care volunteers to coordinate your visits for maximum beneficial effect.
