- Facilitator Since: 2010
As a Facilitator, I am Committed to
- Symposium Presenter
- Symposium Producer
- Community Coordinator
I've been a Facilitator since 2010. I have delivered 6 events with a total of 52 attendees.
I am learning permaculture gardening on a former 19th century farm. Working with nature in this way seems so intelligent and right.
I am alarmed by a path of this culture that seems to be driving off the cliff and taking all of complex life with us. Therefore, I am also finding my voice in public life.
Why I'm a Pachamama Alliance Facilitator
A friend invited me to my first Symposium in Spring of 2010. I recognized the urgency, the straight forwardness and courage of what Pachamama Alliance was doing and I felt compelled to participate in the next training - though definitely my intent was not to speak in front of people!! Since June of 2010, presenting this Symposium has become something I love doing. In the last 18 months, I have presented with others to three congregations, a Bible Study group, to classes of graduate students at two universities, in a college cafeteria and to folks at The Hartford Seminary .
Events I've hosted as a facilitator:
- I hosted a Symposium in Hartford on July 27, 2016
- I hosted a Symposium in New Britain on September 11, 2014
- I hosted a Symposium in Hartford on July 23, 2014
- I hosted a Symposium in West Hartford on May 17, 2014
