Who We Are and What We Do
Through educational programs based on latest science and ancient wisdom, participatory initiatives and events, as well as collaboration with indigenous cultures, the Co-Creative Initiative (Be The Change Sweden) creates opportunities for people, organizations and companies to respond proactively to the environmental, social and existential crises of our times and participate as change agents in the Great Turning from the mechanistic worldview of the modern age to an interconnected worldview.
The purpose is to empower people in the North as well as in the South to develop the vision, commitment and tools needed to take action and co-create a sustainable, just and fulfilling world for all – locally and globally.

Our Community Story
The Co-Creative Initiative started in October 2010 as a result of a personal quest by one of its co-founders, Niklas Högberg, who was looking for the most strategic way to make a sustainable difference in the Swedish society. Niklas knew of the founders of Pachamama Alliance and had worked in the same organization as two of them. He and his wife Maria-Conchita followed the work of Pachamama for many years until they took the step to launch the initiative. Today more than 500 people have participated in the programs, and 50 facilitators have been trained to lead the Awakening the Dreamer symposium.
Our Community Activities
The Awakening the Dreamer symposium (Be The Change/Co-Create the Future) and other educational programs carried out in partnership with the Pachamama Alliance and Be The Change Europe.
